The Dallas VA Research Corporation supports the Esophageal Diseases Center

 

The mission of the Center is to enable collaboration and opportunities for interaction among multidisciplinary researchers (basic, translational, and clinical) focused on conducting cutting-edge research on esophageal diseases, and by so doing, to improve the care of patients with those diseases.

The EDC is part of a fully integrated research effort at UT Southwestern Medical Center in partnership with the Division of Digestive and Liver Diseases, Department of Surgery, Division of Hematology and Oncology, Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Division of Thoracic Surgery, and the Simmons Cancer Center.
